Changing the Default

Text Color

You can specify the default text color for all text in the quiz with the following parameter in the applet tag:

<param name="TEXT_COLOR" value="your text color">

where "your text color" is one of the following:

black
blue
cyan
darkGray
gray
green
lightGray
magenta
orange
pink
red
white
yellow

The default text color is "black". Note that the AppletQuiz applet does not check to be sure that your text color can actually be seen against the background - this is your responsibility.

When choosing your text color, keep in mind that the background color for the error-message diaglogs is "red".
